Oooh, good theme. Might have to show up for this one.

Make sure Senor Diablo plays the March Violets - "Turn to the Sky" from the movie Some Kind of Wonderful.

I think the 80's should have got 2 hours of soundtracks... So many movies with awesome soundtracks and what a decade for music ehh? Hey did I mention Danny Elfman did a few soundtracks? Yeah, good ol' Oingo Boingo did a few.... Oohh... anyone got the soundtrack to "The Forbidden Zone?" That was the Elfman's at their best... (ok, maybe not their best, but I loved that movie.)

OOhh... now that I think about it the 70's had quite a few good movies... an extra 30 minutes or so there could be good... I smell a disco...

      Oingo Boingo? Disco?

Tony, Guilty Pleasures night is over. You'll have to pleasure yourself from now on.

      Preferably at home.

aye.. I've got the 'Forbidden Zone' soundtrack... Did you know that soundtrack was largely the result of sleep deprivation? Richard wanted Danny to compose the score "within a two week 'round-the-clock composing, arranging, and recording marathon" (from the liner notes).

Not sure I'd play anything from it, though, for the 80's set... it's from 1990, and many of the tracks are from the 40's...

As much as I like Elfman, I'd love to hear Skip play Prince's "Batdance". Tee-hee.
